Give your house a bath. We have been doing it since 1988.

Modern Powerwash was established in 1988 in Clifton, New Jersey. It is a locally owned and operated business that takes pride in restoring the beauty of homes, driveways and outdoor spaces across North Jersey, from Wayne and Montclair out to Mahwah and Livingston.

The crew is skilled in both high-pressure power washing and the gentler Soft-Wash method, so a stone step and a vinyl wall each get the treatment they can take. That is the whole idea behind the little house sitting in a bathtub on the logo: your house gets a bath, and a careful one.

Ask Tom’s customers what stands out and they say the same thing. Tom is personally on every job the entire time. One homeowner first hired him thirty years ago and still has him back. Another says they have been with Modern Powerwash over 20 years. A third has had the house and deck washed regularly for the past 15.

They also say the crew covers fragile plants and shrubs before the work begins, and that it takes the time to explain the techniques and tools being used. That is the part you do not see in a before and after photo, and it is the part people write about.
