Green algae, grey chalky oxidation and mildew under the soffits come off vinyl, aluminum, Hardie board, stucco and brick. The shrubs get covered first, and nothing gets blasted.

Vinyl siding, stucco and certain roofing do not need a blast. Soft-Wash moves more water at lower pressure, in hot and cold, and takes mold and mildew with it.
