Thirty years, one white resin table.

“Tom is a gentleman, professional, warm, and approachable. He cares deeply about the job he will do for you and puts much thought into how to complete the cleaning in the best way possible. Tom and his crew are thorough and Tom himself is personally on every job the entire time. Thirty years ago (yes you read that correctly), when I first hired Tom, we had just moved into our house and I was tossing a white resin table and chairs that had been left by the previous owner. They were far from white. Tom saw them on the side of the house not knowing they were trash and power washed them. Was I ever so surprised when I came out and saw sparkling new yard furniture thanks to Tom! By the way, just this week, thirty years later, that table is still in use and was power washed again by Tom. Tom goes the extra mile. He does the small things because he cares. Tom is organized and timely. I highly recommend.”
The house, the deck, the walk, the second and third time around.
“Thanks Tom and the Modern Powerwash Team! From the initial estimate to the completion of the project Tom was a professional, communicative and as promised. He outlined the job, was timely and responsive and the house looks brand new! We shopped around and their prices were reasonable and we felt best with a real business with a good reputation. Thanks Tom, we'll be back to use Modern again!”

“Very happy with the power washing services from Modern Powerwash. I have fiber cement Hardie Board siding and had mildew growing on some areas. They got everything off, even understand the soffits. They also hit the bluestone steps, which now look brand new. Cost was very competitive. I'm already referring them to friends and family. This is my go-to moving forward. Highly recommend”

Years in, and still calling Tom.
“Modern Powerwash is outstanding! I have done business with them for several years and they never disappoint. They're prompt, honest, competitively priced and reliable. Tom works around your schedule and ensure you get the perfect experience. His employees are very respectful of your property and make sure everything is done to your expectation's. They take the time to be sure any fragile plants or shrubs are probably covered before they begin working. I had my deck, fence and backyard furniture done today and it looks brand new. I have already scheduled a full house and property wash for next year. I highly recommend Modern Powerwash. Tom and his team are second to none.”
